Our Georgia Family Connection Collaborative serves as a community-based collaboration committed to improving the health and well-being of children, families, and communities by identifying service gaps, advocating for system changes that will eliminate barriers and inefficiencies and working toward improved outcomes for all Georgians and planning in a family-centered, environment which positively impacts child health, child development, academic achievement, family functioning and economic capacity.
